Adam Schiff, U.S. Representative, California (30th District)

Congressman Adam Schiff represents California’s 30th Congressional District. In his 12th term in the House of Representatives, Schiff serves as a senior member of the House Committee on the Judiciary, which oversees the administration of justice within our nation’s federal courts, federal administrative agencies, and federal law enforcement. Schiff is on a leave of absence from the House Appropriations Committee,where he remains an ex officio member.
In 2000, Adam was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives. He currently is a member of the House Committee on the Judiciary and is on leave from the House Appropriations Committee. He previously served as Chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, and as a member of the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the U.S. Capitol, the United States House Select Committee on Benghazi and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs.
