Congressman Suhas Subramanyam proudly represents Virginia’s 10th Congressional District. He has dedicated his career to improving the health, safety, and prosperity of every American.
A lawyer who has worked in the private sector with several tech startups and started his own business, he previously served as a White House technology policy advisor to President Obama.
In the Virginia House of Delegates (2019-2023) and the Virginia State Senate (2023-2024), Suhas passed landmark legislation to lower the costs of tolls, utility bills, and prescription drugs. He also co-founded a caucus dedicated to bipartisanship and passed bipartisan bills to improve K-12 education, lower taxes, and address gun safety.
Suhas earned his B.A. from Tulane University and his J.D. from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law. He and his wife, Miranda Peña Subramanyam, live with their two daughters in Loudoun County, Virginia where he has served in the community as a volunteer firefighter and EMT with the Loudoun Medical Reserve Corp.
